Refund and Return Policy for Wigs and Toppers:
At Wigs4All, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our wigs and toppers. Please carefully read our refund and return policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.
For all other products such as wet products (shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, etc), hot tools, make up products, accessories, extensions, etc.. there are no returns or refunds.
14-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this time-frame for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Return Process:

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RA number. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that have been used or altered from their original condition.
Exchanges:
Same rules apply from Returns to Exchanges.
