Wigs Only Return Policy

Return Policy for Wigs only, all other products sold on Wigs4all.com are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your piece with no restocking fees. 

All returned products MUST be eligible for exchange. (Please see below for product eligibility).


To request a return, please visit our Returns Center.  You will be issued a pre-paid return label to return the item(s) in your order.  Please follow the instructions below:

1. Enter your order number from your Wigs4All confirmation and the zip code from your shipping address.

2. Click "Start a return."

3. Hover over the the item you wish to return.

4. Click the reason for return.

5. Go down to the bottom of the page and click the black banner box that says, "PLEASE CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN REQUEST."

6.  A screen with your estimated refund will show next in the process.  Please provide feedback on your return in the "Additional Feedback" box and then click the black "Confirm" button.

7.  You can print your return label from the next screen by clicking the black banner with "Download Shipping Label."  You will also receive an email with the return instructions and the return label.  If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your spam folder.  

8.  Once your item has been received back at your location, and the return has been processed, we will provide a refund in full minus the $12 return shipping label.  

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience (not available to international customers). A flat rate of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. 

If you would like to exchange for another item, you are welcome to place a new order at any time, and you will receive a refund to your original form of payment once your return has been received and processed (minus the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label).

If returning multiple items from one order, please ship back in one shipment (box) using the return label provided. If you need an additional label, please email us at shivasalonandhairboutique@gmail.com and let us know. Additional labels will result in a flat rate $12.00 charge. 

We do not charge restocking fees. Our customers only pay a flat rate return shipping label fee.

If you use a gift card to purchase, any returned amounts will be put back onto the gift card. We are unable to provide a cash refund for the amount of a gift card. 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS 

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products!

A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria: 

  1. Packaging and product are not altered in any way. Item MUST be returned in a cardboard box.

    Items received back in bubble mailers or packing paper may be returned to sender un-opened if package is perceived as damaged upon arrival.

  2. Hair must not be shaken out, brushed, or styled.

  3. Product has not been worn (except for trying on).
  4. Odor-Free - Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange. This includes cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, any styling products.
  5. Tags and all original packaging must be intact.
  6. Item and / or packaging is not damaged in any way.
  7. Request for Return or Exchange is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

 

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date we receive your item back. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect this credit / refund on your statement.

**Please note that any shipping charges applied to your original order are non-refundable. 

Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Clearance Items
  • Discontinued items
  • Care Products
  • Accessories (including Hats with Hair, ponytails, styling products, hair care products, canvas block heads, tape, adhesive, etc.)


If your product is received at our location and determined ineligible for exchange or return, we will complete the following steps: 

  1. • Ship item(s) back to you at our cost with tracking.
  2. • A copy of the Quality Control Report will be included in your return package for your review.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Repackage your item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must have tags intact and have not been worn, brushed, shaken out or damaged in any way. Items must also have no odors (cigarette smoke, perfume or other, etc.)

Complete a Return Authorization Request to notify us of your decision to return your item within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise. 

You will instantly receive instructions for your return, along with a pre-paid return label for you to send your item(s) back. 

***Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.***

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Please note that orders ship out daily, but we do not receive tracking from the manufacturers until later in the day, and in some cases, the next day. Even if you have not received tracking, your order has been processed and we are unable to make any changes to it, unless the item ordered is not available for immediate shipping. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes/cancel an order. 

**Please note that back order shipment dates are subject to change. In some cases, items with a future shipment date become available quickly and are processed for shipping. If you've been notified that you have a back order, and that order becomes available for shipping sooner than estimated, we are unable to cancel the order. 


RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE 

Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, or you feel an item has a manufacturer defect, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and complete a Return Authorization Request immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and re-shipment of your items. We cannot accept a defective item back if the item is not in eligible condition. Please see above requirements for an eligible return. 

Please provide images of the damage or defect, so that we may forward to the manufacturer.
